Bonghwa Sweetfish Festival

The Bonghwa Sweetfish Festival is the best summer cultural festival in Korea, held in the clear and clean Naeseong Stream in Bonghwa-gun, with the theme of the clean image of sweetfish that live in clean first-class water.

Sweetfish is a rare and nutritious fish that was on the king's table during the Joseon Dynasty.

It is a natural ecological festival where sweetfish, people, and nature harmonize together, and it is a festival that satisfies the five senses with various performances and fun, health, and relaxation in harmony with nature.
