Gokseong World Rose Festival

The Gokseong World Rose Festival is a spring festival held every year in Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and is a large-scale festival that attracts more than 300,000 visitors every year.

You can see 1004 types of European roses in the 75,000㎡ rose garden in Seomjingang River Train Village, so you can fully feel the scent and beauty of roses.

After walking through the picturesque rose garden, you can ride a nostalgic steam locomotive and enjoy the spring scenery of the Seomjin River.

Unique performances, events, parades, concerts, etc. also give tourists fun, but especially during the festival period, they are open until 10:00 p.m., so if you visit at night, you can leisurely enjoy the thicker scent of roses, making it a popular driving and walking course.

2,000 won of the admission fee is returned as a Gokseong gift certificate, which can be used like cash at any affiliated store.
